Poly Group held the “July 15 Brand Night” event

To celebrate the 40th anniversary, Poly Group held the “July 15 Brand Night” at the Poly Theatre in Beijing on July 30. During the event, Poly Group unveiled its Brand Value Enhancement System. All Poly employees, along with people from various sectors of society, participated in the event both online and offline.

The event was presented as a symphonic choral concert, divided into three sections: inheritance, elegance, and grand vision. Representatives of Poly employees, the Beijing Symphony Orchestra, the Beijing Musicians Association Choir, and several renowned vocal artists jointly offered a magnificent audiovisual feast. Among the highlights, the specially created music-poetry-painting pieces “Poly Dream,” “Poly Aspiration,” and “Poly Ode” encapsulated Poly’s journey of growth and achievement. The performance of “Brand's Original Aspiration” featured special time tokens to reflect on the memorable moments of Poly employees’ dedication and perseverance. Classic songs such as “Pursuit,” “Spring Breeze for Ten Thousand Miles,” and “Ode to the Motherland” expressed Poly’s sincere devotion to serving the nation through its development. The entire event vividly narrated the journey of Poly employees’ loyalty, dedication, and efforts. It highlighted Poly’s 40-year commitment to the mission of “protecting the country and benefiting the people” and celebrated the company’s strides toward becoming a world-class leader.

At the event, Poly Group General Manager Zhang Wanshun introduced the “5E” model of the “Poly Brand Value Enhancement System.” This model focuses on five key areas: excellence in quality, excellence in innovation, excellence in management, excellence in responsibility, and excellence in culture. It aims to deliver functional, emotional, and social value to eight brand value targets, including customers, member enterprises, and employees. This model will foster a conducive ecosystem and symbiotic environment for brand value creation, and drive Poly’s enduring success through enhanced brand value. Zhang Wanshun stated that in recent years, Poly has released the "Poly Virtue" system, which outlines the spiritual characters of Poly employees, and the “Poly Conduct” system, which serves as a behavioral guide for them. These initiatives have propelled brand development into a high-quality growth phase, creating a comprehensive brand vision that enhances people's lives. This also consolidates powerful momentum for Poly’s steady progress.

Poly Group Chairman Liu Hualong delivered a speech, highlighting that over the past 40 years, Poly has grown and thrived through turbulent times. Starting with trade, it has expanded into a diversified industrial group, extending its domestic presence to global operations.
