In the early spring of this year, a sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia spread rapidly from the city of Wuhan to the rest of the Hubei province, and even across the whole country. Facing the epidemic, the subsidiaries of Poly Group in Wuhan moved quickly in accordance with the general guideline of “fighting the epidemic, safeguarding people’s livelihood and protecting people’s safety”. In spite of danger, they had the courage to shoulder heavy responsibilities and made utmost efforts to guarantee epidemic prevention and control. In ordinary posts, they wrote a hymn to the battle against the epidemic. Among them, many are female employees.

“It’s time for us, post-95s, to fight!”

Facing the forbidding battle against the epidemic, He Yuwen, a post-95s girl working in a company in Hubei subordinated to Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ltd., signed up for volunteers to join the work team deployed by the government. She fought continuously and round-the-clock for five days and nights to complete the clean-up of an isolation point.

“Mu Lan” fights in community epidemic prevention

Dong Xiaojuan, working in a Wuhan’s company subordinated to Poly Property Group Co., Ltd., overcame many difficulties in sending her daughter to her family in Wuhan before resolutely returning to the affected area to serve the property owners, and to protect the safety of the community.

I’m a mother, and an anti-epidemic fighter.

Liu Li, working in Wuhan’s company subordinated to Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., fought continuously for 48 hours. She shuttled back and forth hundreds of times with her team to transfer materials covering 3,000 square meters in the Military Games Village in order to provide sufficient site for the construction of the Leishenshan (Thunder God Mountain) Hospital in Wuhan.

I’m not tired, because it is our mission as a member of the Poly family.

Bian Wei, working in Wuhan’s company subordinated to Poly Hotels, optimized accommodation conditions for the medical team dispatched to Wuhan, transferred goods in warehouse to construct Thunder God Mountain, and delivered donated supplies for the construction of mobile cabin hospitals. She said she’s not tired because it was the mission of every member of the Poly Group.

I act as a hub of Poly Group in the battle.

Xiao Hongwei, working in Hubei’s company of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., regarded the company as “home”, the employees as “family”, the prevention and control work as “housework”, and the needs of property owners as “the request from family members”. She has worked at the front line for 40 days, playing a pivotal role at the front line.

I believe by gathering sand we can build a tower and by collecting stars we can make light!

Wang Qian, working in Poly Hotel in Hubei, led the employees to resolutely fight the epidemic. She assisted the infrastructure construction of the mobile cabin hospital in Wuchang, provided a docking place for the anti-epidemic headquarters, and provided accommodation for the medical teams. She demonstrated the responsibility of a Communist Party member by sticking to her post.

As long as CPC needs me, I’m ready to return to battle against the epidemic any time!

Gu Xiaohong, a retired cadre of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., returned to her post. As leader of Poly Group’s medical assistant team for preventing and controlling the epidemic, she led her team to calculate outbreak statistics and offered professional medical advice to affected employees.

I welcome spring by sticking to my post!

Cao Yinmiao, a project manager working in Wuhan’s company of Sinolight Corporation, is responsible for assisting employees working remotely and guaranteeing progresses of projects. Meanwhile, as a volunteer fighting the epidemic, she actively went to communities to help the elderly living alone.

I look forward to meeting you again when flowers bloom in spring.

Liu Dan, working in Wuhan Qintai Grand Theatre of Poly Culture Group Co., Ltd., opened up procurement channels to purchase epidemic prevention materials for the company. With great love, she also assisted other companies and subsidiaries in epidemic prevention. As the guardian of the theater, she believes that when “flowers bloom in spring, we will meet again at the theater”.

No one is a born a hero. Those who protect us are also ordinary people. These beautiful female heroes in harm’s way of Poly Group are not afraid of difficulties and danger, fighting at the front line and racing against time. They know only when people stand together in hard time, can we finally win the battle.
