Poly Group signed the Cooperative Frame Agreement with Fuzhou government in New Poly Plaza on Nov. 24, 2014. Yang Yue, Party member of the CPC standing committee of Fujian province and Party secretary of Fuzhou municipal committee of CPC, and Xu Niansha, chairman of China Poly Group Corporation attended the ceremony. The agreement was co-signed by president Zhang Zhengao of Poly Group and mayor Yang Yimin of Fuzhou city.
