Chairman Xu Niansha met with Chen Miner, governor of Guizhou province in Guiyang on August 9, 2014.
Governor Chen welcomed chairman Xu’s visit in Guizhou and signing the concerned cooperative projects. He said Guizhou would provide strong support to Poly Group to take part in the acquisition of Guizhou Jiulian Group, which could realize mutual reciprocity and development.
Chairman Xu expressed his gratitude to the support and help from Guizhou government. He indicated that Poly Group, on the basis of previous sound cooperation, would strengthen the contact with the concerned governmental organs to engage in wider cooperation, participate in the reform of Guizhou provincial SOEs, promote industrial transformation and upgrade to contribute more to the faster and better development of Guizhou’s economy.
After the meeting, governor Chen and chairman Xu attended the ceremony of signing the strategic cooperative frame agreement between Guizhou provincial government and China Poly Group Corporation. Poly Group also signed agreement of joint acquisition with Guizhou provincial SASAC and Guizhou Jiulian Enterprises Group Ltd.
