From July 8 to 15, president Mulatu of Ethiopia paid a visit to China, and attended the Eco Forum Global Annual Conference Guiyang 2014. President Zhang Zhengao met with him in Beijing on July 8.
President Zhang Zhengao made a detailed introduction of Poly’s investment in Ethiopia; president Mulatu expressed his gratitude to Poly’s support and help in Ethiopia’s economic construction, hoped to deepen mutual cooperation in different fields, and to contribute to friendly cooperation between China and Ethiopia.
Both sides discussed about the cooperation in petrol and gas, sylvite, industrial and commercial fields, through with, they enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and promoted development of concerned projects. Xie Xiaoyan, ambassador of China to Ethiopia, Wang Lin, vice president of Poly Group, and other concerned department officials from two governments also attended the meeting.
