Chairman Xu Niansha went to Shanghai for working inspection from March 18 to 20 with the accompanying of vice president Wang Xu.
Chairman Xu visited concerned real estate projects in Shanghai, met with managing staff of the subsidiaries of Poly Real Estate and Poly Properties and asked for further strengthening coordination and communication between the two real estate platforms for future development.
During his stay in Shanghai, chairman Xu also met with president Rob Speyer and CEO Ryan Botier of China of TSP from US. Both sides made a deep discussion on further cooperation and enjoying complementary advantages.
Chairman Xu Niansha went to Suzhou for working inspection on March 25 and visited concerned real estate projects. After thorough study of construction, products portfolio and sales of the projects, chairman Xu emphasized on controlling developing speed to upgrade product quality; he also mentioned that there were a great number of hotels within Poly Group needing brand building and marketing popularity raise.
