Annual working conference of Poly Group of 2013 was held in Wuhan on January 11 and 12, 2013. Board of directors and top management of Poly Group, leaders from SASAC and of the Board of Supervisors of SASAC, president assistants, directors of departments of headquarter, management of attached subsidiaries and representatives of employees attended the conference.
The working report of 2013 by Zhang Zhengao and Report of the top management’s work for 2010-2012 by Chairman Chen Hongsheng were delivered respectively; 8 main subsidiaries reported their operation and administration of 2012 and working plan for 2013; vice president Chen Xiaozhong made report on the operation and investing analysis of 2012; CFO Peng Bihong made financial report and achievement appraisal result of 2012; vice president Wang Xu made report on real estate industry operation of 2012.
The working report delivered by President Zhang Zhengao made a review of the achievement and experience that Poly Group had gained in 2012, analyzed problems among the aspects of operation and administration, and finally made concerned working arrangements for year 2013 requesting for sustainable, steady and balanced development on the basis of thorough study of domestic and international economic situation
During the stay in Wuhan, Group leaders also met with Xu Kezhen, vice governor of Hubei province and leaders from Wuhan city. In addition, they also paid inspection to real estate projects in Wuhan.
From Jan. 13 to 29, Poly Culture, Poly Properties, Poly Energy, Poly Real Estate, Poly Civil Explosives, Poly Technologies, Poly South and Poly Finance also held the working conference consecutively.
