President Zhang Zhengao attended the opening ceremony of the project “Jiangmen Binjiang sports center”.
The opening ceremony of the project “Jiangmen Binjiang sports center”, designed and constructed by Poly Real Estate was held on December 7, 2012. Liu Hai, Party secretary of Jiangmen municipal committee of CPC and director of the standing committee of the Jiangmen municipal People’s congress, president Zhang Zhengao of Poly Group and other local governmental leaders and staff from Poly Group attended the ceremony. With the overall area of 200,000 m2 and total investment of 2.9 billion RMB, Binjiang sports center, consisting of stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool and exhibition center, was located in the core zone of New Binjiang district of Jiangmen city. It first adopted the DBO mode of development and construction in Jiangmen with the largest investment value in city infrastructure. It also first applied the DBO mode to non waterworks field in China.
After the ceremony, president Zhang inspected relative projects.
