In October and November, president Zhang Zhengao of Poly Group went to Shanxi, Tianjin and Hebei for real estate projects inspection, and visited concerned projects in Xi’an, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang respectively.
President Zhang went into the construction spot and sales center, made thorough study of the projects’ overall planning, construction schedule, sales situation and capital arrangement and pointed out some proposals after listening to the branch companies’ reports. He requested for fulfilling the national macro-control policy with great political and general consciousness; further coordinating with local government and media; making breakthrough and innovation of projects’ quality and property management level and playing an active role in cooperating with partners to enjoy complementary advantages and mutual development.
During the inspection period, present Zhang also met with concerned local officials in Xi’an of Shanxi province.
