Chairman Chen Hongsheng and president Zhang Zhengao went to Nanning, meeting with Guo Shengkun, Party secretary of CPC committee of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and chairman of the standing committee of the People’s congress of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region for further exchange on mutual cooperation on May 8, 2012.
Guo Shengkun welcomed the delegation and introduced social and economic status quo of Guangxi. He pointed out that Poly, from the single-line operation of defense trade to a large scale state-owned enterprise with the business scope of defense trade, real estate development, artwork business and auction, energy resources and civil explosive business, with strong sense of social responsibility and operational system standard, had contributed a lot to Guangxi’s social and economic development. Government of different levels of Guangxi would spare no efforts to build sound investment environment and hoped Poly would reinforce the investment scale for further reciprocal cooperation in the fields of real estate, culture and energy resources.
Chairman Chen expressed his gratitude to the support and trust of Guangxi government to Poly and briefed Poly’s business scope. He had been feeling the inspiring achievements that Guangxi had made through years in terms of speedy increase of the economy and social living-level development. Poly, with great confidence in the all-round mutual cooperation, would give full play to self advantages to fulfill social responsibility to promote local economic development and cultural prosperity.
Xue Ming, vice president, Han Qingtao, director of the real estate department of Poly Group and other managing staff from the subsidiaries accompanied the delegation and concerned leaders from Guangxi took part in the meeting.
During the stay in Guangxi, chairman Chen and president Zhang also paid inspection to some real estate projects in Nanning.
