Chairman Chen Hongsheng and president Zhang Zhengao of Poly Group went to Taiyuan, meeting with Yuan Chunqing, Party Secretary of Shanxi provincial committee of CPC on Jan. 30, 2012. Both sides made exchanges on further strengthening mutual cooperation and reached consensus. Liu Changle, chairman of Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings Ltd.; leaders of relative ministries of Shanxi province; Zhang Pu, Party Secretary of Jinzhong municipal committee of CPC and Wu Haiqing, mayor of Jinzhong city also took part in the meeting.
Chairman Chen expressed his gratitude to the trust and support from Shanxi government to Poly Group , then briefed business development of Poly energy resources in Shanxi, which was one of the five main business scopes. He expressed the willingness to continue to take part in the coal resources exploitation in Shanxi, in the meanwhile, it would further broaden investment fields and strengthening investment scale by making full advantages of self overall business strength and would contribute to the local economic development and social stability by fully implementing the social responsibility as a state-owned enterprise.
Party Secretary Yuan welcomed chairman Chen and highly affirmed the outstanding economic and social achievements it had made through the participation in the economic and cultural construction in Shanxi. He emphasized that Shanxi government would consistently provide various access for Poly to enter into the coal resources in Shanxi, bring about sound investing environment for Poly, reinforce the mutual cooperation in the fields of culture and traveling real estate and realize mutual benefit and win-win result on a broader level.
Accompanied by Gao Jianmin, member of the standing committee of Shanxi province of CPC and vice governor of Shanxi, chairman Chen, president Zhang and Liu Changle, chairman of the Phoenix Satellite TV paid visit to historical relics of Yuci ancient city and Xiaohe wetland park, making further understanding of history, culture, folk custom and developing plan of Jinzhong city.
