President Zhang Zhengao went to Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou for working inspection on real estate projects from Dec. 11 to 15, 2011, accompanied by president assistant of Poly Group Zhang Wanshun, director of Real Estate Department of Poly Group Han Qingtao and vice president of Poly Property Group Co., Ltd. Wu Guangming. He visited concerned projects in the three provinces and made discussion with the managing staff respectively.
President Zhang went to the construction and sales spot, and made deep understanding of project procedure, sales return and capital situation, affirmed the achievements that the 3 companies had made. He requested for the projects’ reasonable and moderate development in order, taking normal residential buildings as priority, reinforcing the management and working team establishment as well as further contributing to Poly Hong Kong in terms of operation data and team establishment.
During his stay in Guangxi and Guizhou, president Zhang met with mayor of Nanning Zhou Hongbo, party secretary of Liuzhou municipal committee of CPC Chengang and mayor of Liuzhou Zheng Junkang, party secretary of Guiyang municipal committee of CPC Li Jun and mayor of Guiyang Li Zaiyong as well as leaders from Zunyi city. President Zhang expressed his gratitude to the trust and support from different governmental levels and pointed out that Poly would actively implement its social responsibility to make more contribution to the local economic development and cultural prosperity.
