President Zhang Zhengao of Poly Group and president Zhu Mingxin of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. met with Liu Xuerong, mayor of Huanggang city of Hubei province in New Poly Plaza on Nov. 26, 2011. Both sides made exchanges on local economic and cultural construction of Huanggang as well as strengthening strategic cooperation and made some consensus lately. Director of general office of Poly Group Liu Juncai and managing staff of Poly real estate (Wuhan) also took part in the meeting.
President Zhang welcomed mayor Liu and expressed his gratitude to the trust and support of Huanggang government to Poly Group. He made a brief of Poly Group, pointed out that under the strict macro control circumstance, Poly had been actively studying the development orientation, operation mode and effective measures and expressed the willingness to take part in the economic construction and development of Huanggang city. Mayor Liu affirmed the Poly’s active participation in the economic construction for Hubei province and Huanggang city, which undoubtedly had acquired considerable economic and social benefit. He also wished that Poly, as a large-scaled state-owned enterprise with standard management and high social responsibility, would have broader and in-depth cooperation in the fields of real estate and culture with Huanggang city, which enjoyed communications convenience, ample resources and high potential developing power.
