President Zhang Zhengao went to Shijiazhuang to take part in the “Strategic cooperation seminar of SOE’s walking to Hebei province” held by SASAC and Hebei province from Nov. 24 to 25,2011.Party Secretary of Hebei provincial committee of CPC Zhang Qingli, Director and Party Secretary of CPC committee of SASAC Wang Yong, Deputy Party Secretary of Hebei provincial committee of CPC and acting governor of Hebei province Zhang Qingwei took part in the seminar and addressed relatively. During the meeting, SASAC and Hebei provincial government signed “MOU of the cooperation between Hebei province and SASAC”; some state-owned enterprises signed strategic cooperation frame agreements and project investment cooperation agreements with governments of different levels of Hebei province; Poly Mineral Investment Co., Ltd. and Manchu autonomous county of Fengning signed the “Cooperative exploration agreement of Platinum and Palladium”. Other leaders of SASAC, managing staff of more than 110 SOEs and leaders of different levels of Hebei province took part in the seminar.
During his stay in Shi Jiazhuang, president Zhang also paid an inspection to real estate projects and made further study and understanding of the real estate situation and project development of Shi Jiazhuang city.
