President Zhang Zhengao, Board Director of Poly Group Wang Xiaochao and CFO of Poly Group Peng Bihong went to Guangdong for working inspection from Nov. 3 to 4, 2011. They inspected some real estate projects developed by Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd. and made discussion with the managing staff.
President Zhang made an in-depth study of the project design, sales condition and capital security and affirmed the rapid achievements the company had gained under the circumstance of strict macro control policy. He made a request that the company should recognize clearly, without any motion by chance, of the strength, direction and power of the real estate macro control policy which is ever-lasting and sustainable; the company should make clear of the project positioning and accelerate the exiting projects development to meet the rigid demand of the procurement at the first time and self residential; insisting on “oriented by cash flow”, the company should carefully develop new projects by keeping close eye on the policy and market prediction with the developing majority of medium and small sized residential products.
During the stay in Guangdong, President Zhang Zhengao, Board Director Wang Xiaochao and CFO Peng Bihong also took part in the conference of Board of Directors of Poly Southern Group and Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd.
