President Zhang Zhengao went to Shenyang for working inspection from Nov. 9 to 10, 2011. He went to relative real estate projects developed by Poly Real Estate (Liaoning), and made discussion with the managing staff.
During the process of visiting house type samples and sales exhibition sector, president Zhang required about the project positioning, development procedure and capital returning and affirmed the careful development as well as fast turnover under the circumstance of strict macro control policy. He also requested for reasonable provincial layout, further enhancement of project quality and shortened construction and sales period. Last but not least, president Zhang emphasized on bringing the macro control pressure into the propellant of company reform and promotion to realize the stable and sustainable development of real estate industry.
