China Poly Group Corporation signed Cooperative Development Frame Agreement with Golden Concord Holdings Limited

The signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperative Frame Agreement of China Poly Group Corporation (herein after refers to Poly) and Golden Concord Holdings Limited (herein after refers to GCL), as well as the Cooperative Development Frame Agreement in energy resource field of Poly Energy Holdings, Ltd. and GCL was held in Poly Plaza of Beijing on Sep. 26, 2011. Both sides made consensus on the cooperative development in energy resource field and founded the cooperative win-win relationship of mutual benefit.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Chen Hongsheng, president Zhang Zhengao, Member of Board of Directors Wang Xiaochao, Zhang Liansheng, vice president Wang Lin, president assistant and general manager of Poly Energy Holdings Ltd. An Shengjie, president assistant Huang Geming of Poly Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors Zhu Gongshan, vice president Zhu Yufeng, Zhu Guomin and Yu Baodong attended the ceremony.

Chairman Chen and president Zhang of Poly made welcome speech respectively. Chairman Chen said that enjoying each side’s advantage, the signing of strategic cooperative agreement and consensus made to reach in-depth cooperation was a must for marketing and enterprise development as well as a promotion for future cooperation for both sides. President Zhang pointed out Poly should learn from the developing mode of leaning upon technology and talent of GCL, who had become a leading enterprise in the industry both at home and abroad.

Later on, president Zhang of Poly signed the strategic cooperative agreement  between Poly and GCL with Chairman Zhu of GCL; general manager of Poly Energy Holdings Ltd. An Shengjie signed cooperative development frame agreement in energy resource field with vice president Yu Baodong of GCL. The two agreements symbolized the new cooperative phase between Poly and GCL and the two sides would broaden the all-around cooperation in wider fields, with deeper levels and by higher quality.
