Chairman of the Board of Directors Chen Hongsheng went to Wuhan to take part in the in-depth cooperation meeting of Hubei province and state-owned enterprises, i.e. project signing ceremony on Sep. 19, 2011. Party secretary of Hubei provincial committee of CPC Li Hongzhong, Director of SASAC Wang Yong, Deputy Party Secretary of Hubei provincial committee of CPC and governor of Hubei province Wang Guosheng attended the meeting and made speech. On the signing ceremony, Governor Wang, on behalf of Hubei provincial government, signed strategic cooperative frame agreement with 14 state-owned enterprises; other municipal governments of Hubei province signed 78 key projects investment agreement with other state-owned enterprises; Poly Real Estate(Wuhan) Co., Ltd. signed letter of cooperative intention with Qiaokou district of Wuhan city. Managing directors of 121 state-owned enterprises, leaders of Hubei province of different levels, managing staff of Poly Real Estate (Wuhan) attended the meeting.
During his stay in Wuhan, chairman Chen visited some real estate projects and requested for complete understanding and preparation for the serious and sustainable macro-control policy for real estate industry.
President Zhang Zhengao attended the Cooperation-Development meeting of state-owned enterprises with Xiangyang city i.e. project signing ceremony on Sep. 20, 2011. Managing director of 46 state-owned enterprises, leaders of Xiangyang city of different levels took part in the meeting. Xiangyang municipal government signed cooperative agreement with 7 state-owned enterprises and president assistant of Poly Group Weibiao, on behalf of Poly Group, signed investing cooperation frame agreement with Xiangyang municipal government.
Before the meeting, president Zhang met with Party member of the standing committee of Hubei province of CPC, Party secretary of Xiangyang municipal committee of CPC Fan Ruiping and mayor of Xiangyang Bie Bixiong.
