On July 19, SASAC convened conference on prevention against “a private coffer” among SOEs, requiring SOEssto work with assiduity against “a private coffer”. After the conference, great importance is highly attached by the Group’s Board of Directors, Party Committee and management members. Quickly, a leading group for special treatment against “a private coffer” is established with Chairman Chen Hongsheng as group leader and President hang Zhengao as vice group leader, both in charge of leading the special treatment against “a private coffer”, of preparation for convening relevant conferences the first time and deployment of related work. On July 22, Poly Group convened video conference on prevention against “a private coffer” at Headquarters Poly Group serving as the main conference place, with 4 local rooms respectively in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and HongKong. Fifty five leaders in total attended the conference included: Poly Group President and Vice Party Secretary Zhang Zhengao, Vice Party Secretary and Chief Disciplinary Officer Wang Xiaochao, Standing Party Committee member and Vice President Guo Qiang, Vice President Chen Xiaozhong, heads of functional departments, heads of major subsidiaries, and business personnel in charge of financing, auditing and discipline inspecting. President Zhang ZhenGao conveyed speech of SASAC Director Li Rongrong on the conference on prevention against “a private coffer” among SOEs, and stressed on the importance of the work, required subsidiaries to understand earnestly, unify their thoughts, attach great importance to the work and make ordered organization of work. Combined with the actual condition of Poly Group, President Zhang Zhengao required subsidiaries to launch special treatment against “a private coffer” in an all-round and thorough way, and also put forward specific requirements to special treatment against “a private coffer” next step. Finally, Mr. Zhang Zhengao made preliminary time arrangement for the special treatment against “a private coffer”, and stressed again that, it was an important decision made by CPC Central Committee and State Council to launch a nationwide special treatment against “a private coffer”. Never before had the Central Committee harbor so great determination and attach so great importance. At present and some time in future, SASAC would consider its important work to investigate and treat “a private coffer” in terms of financial supervision, supervision of Board of Supervisors, auditing supervision, disciplinary inspection &supervision. Various subsidiaries should be fully aware of harmfulness of “a private coffer” and dertermination of SASAC against “a private coffer”, dispelling any fluke mind and wait-and-see psychology. Boards of directors and party committees of all subsidiaries should attach great importance to the work, taking this opportunity to perfect internal control systems and raise finance management level through careful arrangements and thorough self check, and make a timely rectification to the problems found during self check. Also Boards of directors and party committees of all subsidiaries should educate carders and staffs to join in the treatment against “a private coffer”, combing-out the phenomenon of “a private coffer”, thus promoting sustained, sound and stable development of Poly Group, and ensuring safety, value kept and value added of state-owned assets.
