Mr. Zhang Zhengao, president of Poly Group，met with Li Yonghong, Secretary of CPC Jinzhong municipal committee and Zhang Pu, Mayor of Jinzhong in Shanxi province on January 11, 2011. Both parties exchanged views of strengthening strategic cooperation and reached some consensus hereafter.
