President Zhang Zhengao went to Shanxi and met with member of Shanxi provincial Party standing committee, Secretary of Taiyuan municipal Party standing committee Chen Chuanping, mayor of Taiyuan Lian Yimin, mayor of Jinzhong Zhangpu one after another on March 30 and 31, 2011, made discussion and exchanges on local economic cultural construction as well as strategic cooperation strengthening and then reached concerned agreement. President Zhang expressed the gratitude for the concern and support to Poly Group for the past years when he met with Secretary of Taiyuan municipal Party standing committee Chen Chuanping and mayor of Taiyuan Lian Yimin. He made a brief of Poly Group and the investment promotion in Shanxi province, and wished to take part in the construction and development of Taiyuan. The two leaders of Taiyuan longed for in-depth exchange and connection with Poly on the multi-level strategic cooperation in the fields of real estate, arts and culture, new developing industry. They wished that Poly Group could help Taiyuan to realize the municipal planning of first-class new developing industry base, first-class independent innovative base and first-class modern comfortable city. During the meeting with Mayor of Jinzhong Zhang Pu, president Zhang made comments on some cooperative issues with Jinzhong: first, in order to improve the cooperation in the fileds of real estate, culture and mineral resources, he agreed to establish managing and working team with special working staff; second, for the sake of project overall planning of Jinzhong and smooth coordination with the municipal government, the Shanxi Coal Administration Headquarters of Poly Energy Holdings, Co., Ltd. was specially established in Shanxi; third, Poly Group would gradually widen the investment scope and strengthen investment power, further create industrial chains and make its utmost for the economic development and cultural prosperity of Jinzhong at the request of giving full play to Poly’s advantage according to the overall municipal planning of Jinzhong. Mayor Zhang highly appraised Poly Group’s active participation in the economic construction of Jinzhong and great achievement on social benefits. He wished to realize wide and in-depth cooperation in the real estate projects as well as low-income public housing projects with Poly Group. Later on after the meeting, president Zhang also made inspection on the cultural tourist project of ancient city of Ping Yao.
