President Zhang Zhengao went to Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangxi for working research from April 11 to 14, 2011. Accompanied by president assistant Zhu Mingxin, he paid inspection to Fuzhou, Xiamen, Ningbo, Zhenhai and Yuyao real estate projects developed by Poly Real Estate(Group) Co, Ltd. and Poly Property Group Co., Ltd., and made exchanges with the managing staff. President Zhang went to the building and sales sites, learnt thoroughly about the planning concept, engineering process, sales plan and capital status, affirmed the rapid achievements made by the two real estate companies and made the following requests aiming at the co-developed projects of Fuzhou and Xiamen: to insist on the high quality and good starting point; to scatter the market throughout Fujian province and to increase the cohesion and versatility of the whole managing and project team. He also wished that the two real estate companies of Poly Group could emphasize on the scale effect and sustainable operation with high qualified products; strengthen the managing and projects team construction, upgrade and optimize real estate industry as the main business; take the investment scale and speed in strict control, reinforce the deleverage and apply the mortgage, REITS as well as lease-sales combination etc. to the remained property. During his stay in Xiamen, president Zhang met with Secretary of CPC Xiamen municipal Committee Yu Weiguo. President Zhang expressed his gratitude for the support that the government had provided to Poly Group, who was willing to make the first project in Xiamen into the “excellent projects” list and to contribute to the economic development and cultural prosperity of Xiamen. Party Secretary Yu welcomed Poly Group to make investment in Xiamen. He also wished that Poly would create projects with high quality and high cost performance to take the lead of the upgrade and modification of the concerned industries.
