Outside directors of Poly Group Kong Lingjian, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, Xu Donggen, president assistant, director of real estate department Zhang Wanshun, secretary of board of directors Hou Hongxiang, auditing commissioner Chen Yuwen inspected concerned projects, internal auditing as well as risk management from April 18 to 21, accompanied by chairman of Board of supervisors of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. Chen Kai. The inspection team inspected concerned projects in Chongqing and Chengdu as well as listened to the report of the projects development. They attached great importance to the inspection, leant thoroughly about the marketing situation and measures to deal with the macro control policies, affirmed the great achievements that the two local companies had gained, esp. In addition, they actively suggested seizing the opportunity for land reserve in right time, scale and price-evaluation based on steady and smooth development to further develop the local and all-around markets.
